What is a Farm Stay you ask? Well it is a lot like a Bed & Breakfast with a twist.

You get the bed, for and extra fee you can get the breakfast, and to participate, you get to help with farm chores just like the “Good Old Days”.

Why did that chicken cross the road? To get to Willow Creek Ranch of course. Bring your family to our farm and have the experience of a lifetime.

Our "Back in Grandma's Day Farm" is a work in progress. We offer you an "old fashioned nostalgic experience". Come get your hands dirty! Help mend a fence, brush a horse, make soap, sew curtains, and make quilted tablecloths, quilts, embroidered dish towels and framed photos. Our milk and butter come from our own cows and you can help to milk a cow, make butter, and learn how to make cheese or gather the eggs from the hen house. Learn how to "put up" (can or freeze) vegetables grown right here at Willow Creek Ranch for Winter Use. Experience doing your laundry with our old fashioned wringer washer and hang the clothes in the warm sunshine. For breakfast enjoy an old fashioned Southern breakfast from products raised right here on the farm. When you are done with the chores, you can pan for gold in our creek or explore other places in Calaveras County. Our Motto: "California Gold!" "Country Living with a Southern Flair!".
